- This product contains raw squid and must be cooked thoroughly – not to be consumed raw. These instructions are guideline only as the cooking appliances vary. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator overnight or for approx.2 hours in room temperature before cooking.
- Shallow Fry: Pan fry the Squid in a little oil for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Ensure Squid is piping hot, thoroughly and evenly cooked before serving.
